摘要: Abstract Certain plant pathogenic fungi can be used to control specific weeds and are known as mycoherbicides. Before mycoherbicides incorporated into a weed program, the influence of chemical herbicides on pathogen must evaluated. Our purpose was assess effect herbicide trifluralin (2,6-dinitro- N , -dipropyl-4-(trifluoromethyl) benzenamine) growth fungus Fusarium solani App. Wr.f. sp. cucurbitae Snyd. Hans. (FSC). In agar amended with formulated or technical at concentrations up 6000 500 μg ml −1 respectively, FSC microconidia spore germination germtube were suppressed. Spore suppression diminished from 8 24 h. Mycelial after 12 days stimulated in medium containing 2.5 10 a.i.ml but reduced higher concentrations. trifluralin, mycelial 0.5 50 . The CO 2 evolution autoclaved soil also by g 32 incubation. Trifluralin rates 1 increased recovery FSC, other fungi, bacteria rhizosphere rhizoplane Texas gourd ( Cucurbita texana (A.) Gray) trifluralin-treated soil. Results indicated that spores would germinate grow presence both has potential program.
