摘要: The aim of the present study was to examine effects luteotropic and luteolytic factors on mRNA protein levels progesterone receptor isoforms A (PGRA) B (PGRB) in bovine endometrium. Endometrial slices from Days 6-10 17-20 oestrous cycle were treated with LH (100ngmL-1), oestradiol (E2; 1×10-8M), prostaglandin (PG) E2 (1×10-6M) PGF2α nitric oxide donor NONOate (1×10-4M); these treatments lasted for 6h expression analysis 24h analysis. On PGRAB (PGRAB; entire PGRA sequence is common PGRB sequence) endometrial enhanced by treatment (P<0.001), whereas increased (P<0.05) treatment. 17-20, after (P<0.001) PGE2 treatment; (P<0.01) treatment, but decreased (P<0.05). stimulated (P<0.01), cycle, (P<0.05), (P<0.001). These data suggest that affect levels, this may regulate cells.
