A highly sensitive and self-powered ultraviolet photodetector composed of titanium dioxide nanorods and polyaniline nanowires

摘要: Abstract A highly sensitive and self-powered ultraviolet (UV) photodetector was fabricated using a low-cost, low temperature convenient process. The designed multilayer structure device UV based on p–n hetero-junction it composed of two layers n-type titanium dioxide nanorods (TiO 2 NRs) one layer p-type polyaniline nanowires (PANI NWs). TiO NRs were synthesized by hydrothermal method the PANI NWs chemical oxidation method. morphologies characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM). I–t I–V curves nanodevices measured CHI660D electrochemical workstation. with /PANI/TiO able to work without any external power source generated different photocurrents when irradiated wavelengths light, that is say exhibited excellent sensitivity light.
