摘要: Abstract A series of molybdenum(IV) and tungsten(IV) complexes the type Me4[MO2(CN)4]x H2O (where Me = Na, K; M Mo, W) has been synthesized. The solids obtained were characterized by chemical analysis, thermogravimetric differential thermal i.r. visible spectrophotometry, X-ray powder diffraction technique magnetic susceptibility measurements. analysis spectra led to an assignment fundamental vibrations [MO2(CN)4]4− ion which is supported studies deuterated anhydrous salts. results appeared deviate considerably from previous assignments a discussion discrepencies given.
