摘要: From birth until shortly before puberty the testis is rather static, showing tubules of small diameter, with no basement membrane, and populated by two types cells: (1) cells deeply-staining elongated basophilic nuclei definite cellular membrane which are progenitors Sertoli cells, (2) primary spermatogenic have a rounded light-staining eosinophylic cytoplasm (Table 1, Table 2). In immature testes sex cords (future seminiferous tubules) do not lumen activity. The gonocytes (stem spermatogonia) divide mitosis, but differentiate into spermatocytes. pubertal germ undergo differentiation, whereas supporting cells. Leydig present at due to effect circulating maternal gonadotropins, disappear few weeks after birth. Thus, in prepubertal testis, interstitium contains (Girgis Hafez 1977).
