THE ROLE OF Nb INTERLAYER IN Si_3N_4 /40Cr BRAZED JOINT

摘要: A thin and soft interlayer plays an important role in relaxing the residual stresses increasing strength of 40Cr/Si3N4 brazed joint. Nb is regarded as best this experiment.The optimum thickness 80μm at which joint gets maximum value. The average three-point bending such to 600MPa 400℃. R =α E defined stress factor, calculated values well correspond experiment results bonding strength.
