摘要: Purpose:Asthma inhalation therapy is important for the treatment of childhood asthma. Therefore, it necessary to educate patients on correct techniques. The purpose this study was determine effectiveness and necessity educating Methods:A total 86 with bronchial asthma who were over 7 years old enrolled educated handling inhaler devices 2 years. used diskus (n=27), turbuhaler (n=12) metered dose a spacer (n=47). Trained pharma- cists provided education. Four steps (breathing out prior inhalation, holding breath, exhaling slowly) that critical each device evaluated step scored as good, fair or poor. We symptom score (daytime cough, nighttime sleep disturbance limitation activity) lung function before 4 weeks later. Results:Over 90.0% users performed good in step. at later after education significantly improved (P=0.000). all (P<0.005), but not difference. Over 95% moderate (P<0.05). Conclusion:The structured, detailed by trained specialists very performing control asthma, repeated might be also necessary. (Pediatr Allergy Respir Dis(Korea) 2011;21:108-114)
