摘要: In recent years there has been an increase in the number of studies which have examined growth vascular endothelial cells. A major reason for this interest stems from clinical data shows that prostheses are rarely endothelialized (1–5), and perhaps fact alone is responsible occlusion many grafts. There also concern as to whether arteries subjected angioplasty ever achieve total re-endothelialization. This chapter will deal with aspects controlling cell a particular emphasis on these cells vivo.
