摘要: We present the 1/f1/f noise response of an 2K×2K HgCdTe detector similar to detectors that will be used in Near Infrared Spectrometer Photometer – one instruments future ESA mission Euclid. A predictive model 1/f with a given frequency power spectrum is defined and compared data taken wide range sampling frequencies. In view this definition ad-hoc readout noises for different can avoided. compare relative contributions from thermal components suggest component important long exposures spectroscopic types.
