摘要: Background/Purpose: Recent three-dimensional multidetector row computed tomography (3D MDCT) can provide detailed images of a gastric tumor, including its general contour, location and depth. We therefore evaluated the efficacy MDCT in differential diagnosis staging tumors patients prepared for surgery. Methods: Seventy-nine with identified by optical endoscopy were admitted preoperative evaluation. All received double-contrast barium meal (DCBM) study abdominal 3D reconstruction before compared accuracy DCBM detecting differentiating tumors. In addition, findings correlated surgical pathologic results cancers Borrmann type, T N stages. Results: Among 79 tumors, there 24 cases early cancer, 40 advanced 12 gastrointestinal stromal three lymphoma. Both very accurate picking up lesions (100%). The diagnostic accuracies similar (94% vs. 96%) mucosal submucosal as well classification type cancer (70% 63%). 64 cancers, was good correlation between pathology 73% 69% staging. Conclusion: has high different provides additional information tumor depth, lymph node hepatic metastasis. Therefore, may be used primary tool
