摘要: The events that occur during the transition from proliferation to differentiation in developing brain have attracted increasing attention, revealing existence of multipotential central nervous system (CNS) stem cells and identifying genes factors control their maturation survival (Gage et al. 1995; Gage 1998; McKay 1997; Mehler Cattaneo Pelicci 1998). Together with our knowledge basic biology development, this large body data has also set stage for new approaches neurodegeneration, whereby encoding pro-survival or vitro expanded/differentiated CNS donor are vehicled diseased (Cattaneo 1991; Brustle 1996; Martinez-Serrano Bjorklund 1997). Within a very brief period, strong convergence interests between pre-clinical research highlighted way which soluble growth factors, including neurotrophins cytokines, molecules powerful effects on ability immature mature divide and/or survive differentiate (Eide 1993; Kessler 1994, Reichardt Farinas
