摘要: The aim of our in vitro experiments with isolated porcine ovarian follicles was to study the effects gonadotropins, GH, IGF-I and oxytocin (OT) on release steroid, OT, IGF-I, insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3), prostaglandin F (PGF), E (PGE) cAMP. It found that quarters cultured for 8 days produced significant amounts progesterone, estradiol-17 beta, OT IGFBP-3 peaks accumulation from 3rd 8th day culture. Addition serum promoted estradiol release, whilst maintained a greater extent serum-free medium. GH (1 0 ng/ml or above) as able inhibit androstenedione, PGF IGFBP-3, stimulate cAMP, alter testosterone PGE by serum-supplemented and/or (10 more) inhibited androstenedione secretion, stimulated testosterone, estradiol, cAMP production, but did not influence output these conditions. (100 ng/ml) PGE, release. A stimulatory effect LH progesterone an inhibitory secretion medium were observed. FSH conditions secretion. use this experimental model suggests involvement control steroid nonapeptide hormone, factor, protein, cyclic nucleotide production. well coincidence majority suggest existence GH-IGF-I-OT axis.
