摘要: Fresh frozen allograft tissue provides a good alternative to autogenous for the treatment of patients with symptomatic ligamentous deficiency. While transmission AIDS and other infectious diseases remains small possibility, allografts provide advantages shorter operative time, incisions, no damage patient's own tissues, superior usefulness in multiple reconstructions, as well revision failed reconstructions. An independent, critical evaluation 4-year results ACL reconstructions is presented. Issues important recovery, banking, intraoperative preparation are reviewed.
