摘要: This report synthesizes the findings for energy sector of a broader study, Brazil low carbon which was undertaken by World Bank in its initiative to support Brazil's integrated effort towards reducing national and global emissions greenhouse gases while promoting long term development. The main aim study is examine potential abating Greenhouse Gas (GHG) area assess relative costs doing so time frame 2010-2030.
