摘要: A procedure established for the selective isolation of species Streptococcus responsible rainbow trout streptococcosis in South Africa, consisted inoculation samples into nutrient broth which had been supplemented with 100 micrograms/ml nalidixic acid, 160 oxolinic acid or 200 sodium azide. After incubation, sample was plated onto tetrazolium agar on pathogenic grew as a red colony. The colonies were isolated from and identified isolates by biochemical serological tests. In laboratory is capable detecting about 2 bacteria per ml. This used field biochemically identical found mud freshwater crab water source site history streptococcosis.
