摘要: This work shows the development of an innovative solar CHP system for combined production heat and power based upon HCPV modules working at high concentration level 2000 suns. The radiation is concentrated on commercial InGaP/InGaAs/Ge triple-junction cells designed intensive work. primary optics a rectangular off-axis parabolic mirror while secondary optic focus glued in optical contact with cell. Each module consist 2 axis tracker (Alt-Alt type) 20 multijunction each one integrated active sink. cell connected to transfer that allows keep electrical efficiency (ηel > 30 %), bringing fluid (water glycol) up output temperature 90°C. Accordingly experimental data collected from first 1 kWe prototype, total amount extracted thermal energy above 50% harvested radiation. That, addition contributes reach overall more than 80%.
