摘要: Purinergic G-protein-coupled receptors are ancient and the most abundant group of (GPCRs). The wide distribution purinergic in cardiovascular system, together with expression multiple receptor subtypes endothelial cells (ECs) other vascular demonstrates physiological importance signaling system regulation system. This review discusses contribution P2Y to dysfunction (ED) numerous diseases (CVDs). Endothelial can be defined as a shift from "calm" or non-activated state, characterized by low permeability, anti-thrombotic, anti-inflammatory properties, "activated" vasoconstriction increased pro-thrombotic, pro-inflammatory properties. state ED is observed many diseases, including atherosclerosis, diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, sepsis, pulmonary hypertension. Herein, we recent advances physiology emphasize some their unique features cells.
