摘要: The multilayer membrane system of myelin ensheathing axons the central nervous (CNS) and peripheral (PNS) is synthesized assembled by oligodendrocytes Schwann cells, respectively. lipid bilayer contributes approximately 70% to 85% total mass. composition characterized a high content cholesterol glycolipids, which galactosylceramides (cerebrosides, GalC) sulfatides, 3′-sulfoesters galactosyl-ceramides (sGalC), have been recognized as dominant components also oligodendrocyte-speciflc markers. Both are expressed in only minute amount kidney. molar ratio cholesterohphospholipids (including plasmalogen-phospholipids):galactolipids between 2:2:1 4:3:2 reasonably stable different species (human, bovine, murine myelin).
