摘要: Positive-sense RNA ((+)RNA) viruses such as hepatitis C virus exploit host cells by subverting proteins, remodelling subcellular membranes, co-opting and modulating protein ribonucleoprotein complexes, altering cellular metabolic pathways during infection. To facilitate replication, (+)RNA interact with numerous molecules through protein-protein, RNA-protein protein-lipid interactions. These interactions lead to the formation of viral replication which produce new progeny in cells. This Review presents recent progress that has been made understanding role co-opted proteins membranes discusses common themes employed different viruses.
