摘要: Here, I argue that some of the secrets complex biological function rely on assemblies many heterogeneous proteins together enable sophisticated sensing and actuating processes. Evolution seems to delight in making these structures continually elaborating upon their capabilities. Developing tools can go beyond few protein limit, both experimental frontier from a theoretical, conceptual framework, should be an extremely high priority for next generation molecular biophysicists.
