摘要: Fifty human subjects were studied and evaluated utilizing posterior rhinomanometry techniques. The main purpose of the investigation was to study physiologic dynamic range nasal resistance so that data might serve as a baseline, not only for evaluation diagnosis pathologic states but also assessment responses various physiologic, drug-induced, or challenges. Analysis divided into two parts: first, average change in each patient, second, determination maximal amount be expected over 15-minute periods healthy subject. These studies give investigator an idea magnitude one expect normal situations, based on 50 allowed 1,272 observations justification concept percent value alone. We concluded individual during interval should less than 53% previous observation resistance. A greater suggests significant cannot attributed variability.
