摘要: The allergic airway diseases chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS), fungal (AFRS), asthma, bronchopulmonary mycosis/aspergillosis (ABPM/A), and cystic fibrosis (CF) share a common immunological signature marked by TH2 TH17 cell predominant immune responses, the production of IgE antibody, typical inflammatory infiltrate that includes eosinophils other innate effector cells. Severe forms these disorders have long been recognized as being related to hypersensitivity reactions environmental fungi. Increasingly however, environmental fungi are assuming more primary role in etiology disorders, with mycosis, type non-invasive infection, an essential driving factor at least severe subsets diseases. In this review, we consider recent progress made understanding mechanisms drive mycosis-related diseases, improvements immune-based diagnostic strategies, therapeutic approaches target key pathways.
