摘要: Abstract Selected genes were analyzed in silico three species: red fox (Vulpes vulpes), raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides), and (Canis lupus familiaris). This type of analysis exemplifies current potential research on gene expression. Four nucleotide sequences, the IGF1, MYO15A, PAX3 MC1R, obtained from NCBI online database. The analyses focused presence CpG islands two analytical techniques, BSP MSP. results computer programs, Island Searcher®, BiSearch® MethPrimer®, discussed detail. applications compared terms their functionality usefulness.
