摘要: Concerns over dramatic increasing electricity demand, exacerbating power shortage and changing climatic condition are emerging associated with municipal electric systems (EPS). In this study, a risk-explicit mixed-integer full-infinite programming (RMFP) approach is developed for planning carbon emission trading (CET) in EPS. RMFP-CET has advantages risk reflection policy analysis, particularly when the input parameters provided as crisp functional intervals well probabilistic distributions. The method applied to real case study of CET EPS Beijing. Various policies incorporated within modeling formulation enhancing RMFP-CET's capability. results indicate that reasonable solutions have been generated, which useful making decisions production supply gaining insight into tradeoffs among risk, system cost, CO2 mitigation strategy.
