摘要: The aim of this paper is to test the psychometric properties sum scores quality life questionnaire EORTC QLQ-C30. A sample cancer patients (n= 1529) and a general population 1185) were tested with QLQ-C30, Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory. Three QLQ-C30 are defined: score concerning functioning, symptoms total score. Compared two-item scale functioning superior respect reliability, convergent validity discriminant validity. Cronbach's alpha 0.94 (cancer patients) 0.95 (general population). effect size discriminating between controls d= 0.83 for score, compared only 0.50 obtained scale. results prove that calculation provides useful information clinicians who interested in one generalising life.
