摘要: We examined brains from Parkinson's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies (LBs) by using antibodies to NACP/α-synuclein. Immunohistochemically, all of the against amino-terminal region, NAC domain, carboxyl-terminal region NACP labeled not only LBs, pale (PBs), dystrophic neurites, but also fine thread-like structures in neuronal perikarya (perikaryal threads) hypothalamus brainstem nuclei. On electron microscopy, immunoreactive products were found label 9 12 nm-thick filamentous component (LB-filaments) PBs, perikaryal threads. The NACP-immunoreactive threads, consisting small bundles LB-filaments randomly oriented LB-filaments, presumably represent an initial stage LB- or PB-formation. present study indicates that entire molecule is involved filament-aggregating processes LB disorders.
