摘要: We study the spin orbit torque (SOT) and Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) in dual-interfaced Co-Ni perpendicular multilayers. Through combination of top bottom layer materials (Pt, Ta, MgO Cu), SOT DMI are efficiently manipulated due to an enhancement or cancellation contributions. However, is found originate mostly from bulk a heavy metal (HM), while more interfacial origin. In addition, we find that direction domain wall (DW) motion can be either along against electron flow depending on DW tilting angle when there large DMI. Such abnormal induces assist field required for hysteretic magnetization reversal. Our results provide insight into role driven switching, demonstrate feasibility achieving desirable spintronic devices.
