摘要: The concern of this research is assessing hotel service quality by using Importance performance Analysis (IPA) Model in the special focus hotels Bule Hora and Yabello town, Ethiopia. study used cross sectional descriptive design that employee quantitative method. data were collected questionnaire. respondents are identified convenient sampling revealed that, fourteen (14) attributes performed poorly hotels. However, these important customers/visitors. Twelve (12) high importance to customers Six (6) low performance. And two was highly importance.
