摘要: Abstract A method for the stereochemical study of cyclic 1,2-diols and 1,2-amino-alcohols by measurement CD spectra their solutions in cuprammonium is described. The use demonstrated determination absolute configuration (+) (−)-trans-2-methylamino- 2-dimethylaminocyclohexanol, (+)-trans-cyclo-octane-1,2-diol.
