摘要: The effects of nickel and cobalt their interaction with antimony on the electrowinning zinc from industrial acid sulphate electrolyte were studied using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy cyclic voltammetry. Concentrations as high 20 mgl−1 had no effect deposition current efficiency. efficiency decreased rapidly when contained >5 nickel. Neither or an morphology 1-h deposits. Nickel caused characteristic changes in voltammograms for deposition. As a result this technique might provide rapid means evaluating prior to electrowinning. combined presence was more deleterious than antimony. 0.08 counteracted both deposits polarization curves.
