摘要: A PV panel is manufactured using a monolayer of small silicon sphere diodes (10-300 microns in diameter) connected parallel. The spheres are embedded an uncured aluminum-containing layer on aluminum foil substrate roll-to-roll process, and the heated to anneal as well p-dope bottom surface spheres. diffusion p-type dopants also creates back field improve efficiency. dielectric formed, phosphorus-containing deposited over dope top n-type, forming pn junction. phosphorus then removed. conductor contact surface. Conformal, index-graded lenses formed each form thin flexible panel.
