摘要: Certain example embodiments of this invention relate to large-area transparent conductive coatings (TCCs) including carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and nanowire composites, methods making the same. The σ dc /σ opt ratio such thin films may be improved via stable chemical doping and/or alloying CNT-based films. implemented in a large area coating system, e.g., on glass other substrates. In certain embodiments, CNT film deposited then doped functionalization alloyed with silver palladium. Both p-type n-type dopants used different invention. nanowires provided, further decrease sheet resistance. provide that approach, meet, or exceed 90% visible transmission 90 ohms/square target metrics.
