摘要: An immunoblotting assay has been adapted to detect antibodies against African swine fever virus. The electrophoretic transfer of proteins and the immunoreaction conditions were optimized, using 4 mA/cm2 current intensity 10 micrograms soluble cytoplasmic antigen infected cells per strip. Filters polyvinylidene difluoride showed highest capacity for protein absorption, but nitrocellulose filters lower backgrounds. specificity pattern induced by virus that react with antisera determined in assay, IP30 being most reactive protein.
