摘要: Here we reported the first fluorescent probe with aggregation-induced emission characteristics, namely AIE-S, for detection of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in live cells. The system is selective complicated biological application and response fast enough to complete within seconds. Moreover, exhibits unique advantage being immune aggregation-caused quenching which a detrimental phenomenon limiting most current available H2S probes. mechanism was investigated postulated be S 2- initiated de-coordination thereafter aggregation AIE-S complex.
