摘要: Abstract The work is focused on the preparation of novel tissue engineering scaffolds with suitable initial mechanical properties and favorable microstructure based biodegradable polymer/inorganic nanocomposite porous ceramic. Macroporous TiO2 pore sizes ranging from 100 to 500 μm were obtained by polyurethane foam replication method. Uniform, a few micrometers thin coating composed hydroxyapatite synthesized in presence poly(vinyl alcohol) through vacuum-assisted impregnation method while original macroporosity open structure maintained. strength as well degradation vitro bioactivity characterized. results showed that combination hydroxyapatite/poly(vinyl coatings ceramic leads composite material improved achieving up 0.99±0.19 MPa enhanced bioactivity.
