摘要: Twenty Ss were exposed to a wide range of luminances (8.5, 55, 792, 6,800 fL) centrally located diffuse white search panel. Each S attempted detect the onset seven randomly presented test lights (90, 60, 30 deg arc left and right 0 along horizontal meridian) concurrently with continuous task. The findings suggest that visual field constricts an increased central panel luminance. This is shown by peripheral detection time (DT) more undetected lights, even though difficulty task was held constant. These results on effect environmental stressor (high luminance) upon DT are related from previous investigations as well various applied situations.
