摘要: The current system associated with the boundary of plasma bubbles in Earth's magnetotail has been studied by employing Cluster multipoint observations. We have investigated currents both dipolarization front (DF, leading edge bubble) and trailing bubble. distribution at indicates that there is a circuit field-aligned bubble are flowing toward ionosphere (downward) on dawnside away from (upward) duskside, same sense as region-1 current. Together previous studies distributions DF magnetic dip region, we obtained more complete picture surrounding This very similar to substorm wedge predicted MHD simulation models but much smaller scale.
