摘要: Pricing of the current high-occupancy and toll (HOT) lanes mostly relies on lookup tables or equations that relate a with given traffic condition measured by flow, density, and/or speed. Lack theoretical support to construct relationship has made pricing one most critical challenges HOT implementation.
