摘要: A comparative study of TiO2 powders prepared by sol–gel methods is presented. Titanium tetraisopropoxide was used as the precursor for processes. The effects annealing treatment on phase, crystallite size, porosity and photodegradation dyes (methyl orange methylene blue) were studied. phase structure, microstructure surface properties films characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). crystal identification, accurate estimation anatase–rutile ratio size evaluation each polymorph in samples.
