摘要: Abstract Radioactive 5-desmethylubiquinone-9 has been isolated from mitochondria synthesizing ubiquinone-9- 14 C p-hydroxybenzoate-U- C. By mass spectrometry, the natural shown to be identical with that chemically synthesized fumigatol and solanesol. Synthetic 5-desmethylubiquinone-9- 3 H can methylated by S-adenosyl-L-methionine in submitochondrial particles.
