摘要: Abstract Internet-of-Things (IoT) is no longer just a buzzword. “Things” that are immensely connecting to the Internet, now creating “Smart” systems. However, heterogeneous devices and dominance of propriety protocols still major challenges for practical application such This research work presents real-time microwave sensing system evaluation tissues moisture. The addresses two challenges; first, use highly sensitive sensor determine tissue moisture; second, share measurement with remote users through an IoT-based over Bluetooth low-energy radio using open standards protocols. prototype shows significant changes in its resonance frequency, return loss bandwidth (5.5%–26%) measured moisture content, which also validated. implementation demonstrates feasibility monitoring food quality. It enables data-analytics may help industries improve product quality, supply-chain predicts demand more effective manner.
