摘要: Background: Until now, cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells were assumed to be part of the type I natural T (NKT) cell population, but it was not yet investigated if this is correct. Methods: For analysis, CIK generated by various culture conditions. Human NKT express a receptor (TCR) composed an invariant Vα24-JαQ chain combined with one several Vβ chains. The Vα24 reliable marker for presence these TCRs. Results: While comparing cultures stimulated different substances, we observed lack any on surface cells. Conclusion: We conclude that do belong cells.
