摘要: Abstract Proton conductivity of ordered mesoporous phosphosilicate glass films, prepared by an interfacial self-assembly technique, was related with the water molecules absorbed in pores. The mixed solutions hydrolyzed-alkoxides and cationic surfactant CH 3 (CH 2 ) 15 N + Br − were coated on substrates, followed heating to remove at 400 °C. Pore channels parallel substrate surface formed dip-coating solution, which did not offer a pathway for proton transfer, resulting low film. aging precursor before coating caused pores orient from two- three-dimensionally structure. three dimensionally connected acted as increased conductivity.
