摘要: In one experiment, female C57- and HS-strain mice were inseminated according to standard procedures randomly assigned conditions involving administration of various adrenal ovarian steroids in the first trimester pregnancy. The pattern effects was similar two strains, although generally C57 females produced fewer smaller litters than did HS females. Oestradiol benzoate injections completely blocked pregnancy at doses far less those effective for other steroids. Corticosterone not produce any significant block. Androstenedione a block 500 μg per day. Dehydroepiandrosterone mild both 100 day. In second dose-response curve oestradiol examined. Daily 0.333 ωg greater pregnancy, dose 0.111 so majority females, had little effect. These results, taken together with data, suggest that oestrogenic action may mediate stress-induced
