摘要: The ability of RNA viruses to efficiently reproduce in transformed cells was first recognized nearly 100 yr ago. However, it wasn’t until the late 1990s that a resurrection interest certain preferentially replicate malignant and less so normal occurred, curiosity being evaluate whether these agents could be useful cancer therapy regimes. It following reports, demonstrating DNA such as adenovirus herpes simplex virus (HSV) act antineoplastic agents, similar encouraging investigations were conducted using reovirus Newcastle Disease virus, vesicular stomatitis Virus (VSV), measles (MV). Here we will review use oncolytic treatment disease, focusing on negative-stranded VSV. general mechanisms by which VSV achieve their antitumor effectiveness specificity are discussed, including role innate immune system involving interferon response.
