摘要: Abstract The locomotor responses of pheasant chicks to conspecific calls and the vocalizations relating their were measured in a test apparatus permitting approach or retreat movements. brood-gathering call content elicited strong from chicks. alarm squeak inhibited locomotion hiss call, brood-caution fright flock do not greatly affect subjects. appears be primarily care-soliciting call. Conspecific appear important survival young wild.
