摘要: CdZnTe (CZT) continues to be a major thrust interest mainly due its potential application as room temperature radiation detector. The performance of CZT detectors is directly related the charge collection ability which can affected by configuration electrical contact. efficiency determined in part specific geometry anode contact serves readout electrode. In this report, geometries including single pixel, planar, coplanar, and dual will systematically explored comparing efficiencies detector using both low high energy gamma rays. To help eliminate effect crystal quality variations, were fabricated on same with minimal polishing between placements.
