摘要: When the venom of scorpion Androctonus mauretanicus was submitted to purification procedures, ten proteins were obtained; six lethal mice and four devoid toxicity in biological tests used. The molecules characterized by their amino acid composition, among them toxin V polypeptide P2 sequences. Peptide (35 residues), a structural homologue so called Buthus epeus short 'insectotoxins' I1 I5, inactive on fly larvae absent from 'manual venom' obtained manual handling excitation scorpions.
