摘要: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an important concern in the mining sector recent years but been overlooked heavily context of developing countries. This article helps to bridge this gap by exploring management and stakeholders’ perceptions a Malawian-based Australian multinational company's CSR strategy. The findings suggest that management's views differ significantly from those stakeholders. While managers have classical limited view firm's role communities wider society, stakeholders generally broader idea what social responsibilities companies can assume within society.
