摘要: The impact of metal pollution in the Nile and Delta lakes was studied Clarias lazera. Lake Edku is grouped as site highest concentrations. Compared to Lakes Maryut Edku, stations displayed lower levels contamination signifying their selection reference sites. Metals were accumulated most by liver, less muscles least serum. Iron showed bioconcentration factors (BCF) or serum compared other metals. Even after refinement surrounding water, fish seem uphold metals that have been previously ingested. Mercury, particular, seems eventually reside rather than liver. positive relationship between total protein contents may indicate formation specific metal-binding proteins. Meanwhile, hyperalbuminemia polluted probably a shock response towards high stress index induced hypothesis copper bound ceruloplasmin documented also C. Moderate, but not extennsive, exposure quite stimulatory liver alkaline phosphatase (AP) biosynthesis. AP could, thus, be considered promising bioindicator for assessing sublethal water intoxicosis.
